Maritime international Limited (MIL), bearing Labour License No.11 is probably the oldest active recruitment consultancy organization in So Lanka. Incorporated in 1978, it was one of the first in the “people” business and is now a well established, multidisciplinary recruitment consultancy with 30 years in business. MIL has in the process, served a large clientele across several countries in the Gulf region, the Republic of Seychelles, Maldives, Mauritius and African and Asian continents including Malaysia,

Pakistan and India. MIL has a well trained and energetic workforce with many years of experience in dealing with a varied clientele. Our staffs undergo a continuous process of self development though in roux and external skills enhancement programs.

METHODOLOGY OF SERVICE

Our emphasis is on quality service and pkxin^8^5 the candidate with the right
qualifications and experience for the job. Therefore we do not levy any charges from the candidates. The selected candidates would pay Government approved taxes direct to the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment which is the governing body for foreign employment in Sri Lanka and bear all costs related to their medical examinations, police reports and basic documentation expenses.


Together with your request for staff of various categories, you would provide a
comprehensive job description with as much details as possible to enable us to identify the most suitable candidates from our database. We would perform a preliminary interview of the selected candidates, screen them for suitability and submit their resumes to you for review, interview and final selection by you. We are also in a position to conduct the final selection in some cases if required by the client or arrange on-line interviews.


In the event we are unable to satisfy your requirements through our database, we would utilize a three pronged method of seeking the best candidates which would includes field search and advertising In order that we may find the closest match to the profile for each position submitted by you.


It may be pertinent to state that MIL also has access to a number of international associates' databases that we utilize on a regular basis to support our own facilities, thus ensuring that we provide our clients with the comprehensive quality of service they would naturally demand, consistently meeting and exceeding our client's expectations.
