Methodology
Our senior consultants meet with the client to gain an understanding of the corporate Culture of the organization and its structure. A comprehensive profile of the position Requirement is obtained to enable us to successfully search for high performing contenders who would fit the culture and requirements of client. A thorough market survey is carried out and passive job seekers who are quite content with their existing positions are approached using utmost discretion due to the seniority of their positions. Generally, a minimum of 3- 5 profiles are submitted to our clients for review. Our success rate in the correct identification process is around 98X and has contributed to the growth of our client base both locally and overseas.
